Magic Formula - Joel Greenblatt
Are there any magic formula that can make you rich in stock market?
According to Joel Greenblatt, the answer is "Yes". The magic
formula is value investing.
Is that too good to be true? If you are still not convinced, Mr.
Joel
Greenblat, the famous rich value investor spoke out his magic recently.
Joel Greenblatt is hedge fund manager of Gotham Capital. His past
20 years of performance on his hedge fund was 40% annualized return. He
made so much money from stock market that he returned all outside
external money many years ago and he only runs
his own money for the fund currently.
Greenblatt's main approach is long term
holding of focused portfolio of 5
to 10 stocks. His magic formula for stock picking actually is 2 common
criteria: high
earning yield and high return on asset.
That sounds too simple to be true. But hey, Mr.
Greenblatt is real guru that can walk his talk proven by his past
gigantic investment performance. Don't miss his recent radio talk on
