Today I downgraded NRG in Hot List.  NRG is up more than 66% since I first purchased in BIRTP model portfolio and it is approaching its fair value or minimum target of $40 fast. CEI reported very good earning report yesterday and its price is under pressure due to market misunderstanding of CEI business outlook.  The weakness of CEI is buying opportunity and I re-balance the 2 stocks positions based on their changing risk reward outlook.

 I purchased 500 shares of Crescent Real Estate Equities (Symbol CEI ) at $16.39 price for the Blast Investor Model Portfolio.  I sold 335 shares of  NRG at $38.42 for the BIRTP model portfolio as well.
