Discussion


The first half year was tough year for the blast model portfolio.
However, the model account still managed to beat index.

Gas and oil electricity sector(CHK NRG WLL) enjoys higher profit
margin with low valuation at single digit multiple to
their true earnings. Energy industry is very favorable right now with
higher inflation and interest rate enviroment in the years ahead.

SOHU stock is significantly under-priced in that its Internet Ads
division will justify the stock alone by excluding mobile SMS
division. SOHU price was so low that SOHU insiders bought large
chunks of shares. The long term prospect of SOHU stock price is very
promising with favorable growth expect of China online Ads, online
game, and mobile industry.
