Happy new year to all Long Term Investors! Wish all of you make more money next year! Next year I will continue to post my real-time trade in Yahoo group. I will show how I use Benjamin Graham or Buffett or other value investment method to pick value or growth stocks. This year my portfolio beat NASDAQ or SP500 decently. ALthough I do not expect such performance in 2004, I am aiming at another 20% + gain in 2004. Here is 2003 portfolio performance for several sold picks: MLT: + 48% HOV : + 36% PTR: + 44% FBR: +20% Performance for current holding: NEN : + 88% (2 years holding) SOHU: +36% NTES: +40% HCA: + 16% Recently picked holdings, too early to tell: HRB ADGO WRP Several mediocre picks or sold too early: RGLD, NEM, FWHT all no meaningful loss or gain during holding period
